A number of such bottles are listed in the McKearin flask book, American Bottles and Flasks and their Ancestry but it is by no means an exhaustive list. I was just discussing such flasks the other day with a collector friend of mine - we were commenting on how some of these fetch big money while others are ho-hum value wise. Helen Mckearin is the author of Two hundred years of American blown glass ( avg rating, 2 ratings, 0 reviews), American Glass ( avg rating, 2 rat /5(4).
